Renew Business License
Business License Renewals cannot be entered until after January 1, 2024. Submissions are due by January 31, 2024. Any businesses that have not completed their submission by January 31, 2024 will be subject to late fees, including any applications that have not submitted all required or requested documentation on time. Before you begin...
Applicants will need to provide necessary documentation for the business in order to submit. Prepare by gathering the necessary documentation for the business before beginning. These documents include but are not limited to Registration Documents filed with the Secretary of State ( SoS ), Fictitious Name Registration with SoS, Proof of Gross Receipts from January 1st to December 31st of the previous year, and Certificate of No Tax Due.
This renewal cycle you will review information on file for necessary changes or updates. Documents will need to be uploaded before submitting. Applicants will be able to *save progress and return to complete the renewal application by entering the BUSINESS NAME and RENEWAL CODE on this page. If you did not receive a postcard or need assistance with your renewal contact us at businesslicense@florissantmo.com. Please include a description of the issue, your contact information, and BUSINESS NAME to better assist you. If the Business Owner has changed you must contact City of Florissant Public Works.
If you have not received your Business License Renewal Notice by January 1st, please contact businesslicense@florissantmo.com and request your renewal code. Email must include Applicant’s Name, Business Name and Florissant Address.
